PLAINTIFF’S PERSONAL INJURY law firm is looking for a full-time intake specialist. Job requirements include speaking to potential clients on the phone, drafting detailed client intakes, facilitating client sign-ups, and tracking client sign-ups.
Experience in the legal field is not a necessity, but is a huge plus. More importantly, the candidate must have a willingness to learn, an attention to detail, and good communication skills. The candidate must also be well-organized, tech savvy, and work well with others. Overall, we are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated to succeed.
The following qualifications are REQUIRED:
- Proficiency w/ Microsoft Office
- Proficiency w/ computers and technology
- Ability to take direction and incorporate suggestions
The following skills are PREFERRED:
- Strong vocabulary, grammar, and writing skills
- Fast typing
- Comfort working in a paperless environment
- Spanish Speaking is a huge plus
