As a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, monitor access points, and support day-to-day security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. This role offers the chance to stay visible at the front desk, help to deter incidents, and deliver a professional presence while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Monitor lobby and entry activity, assist with visitor check-in and sign-in processes, and help to support access control procedures in accordance with property guidelines.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.

Answer phones, greet guests, provide directions, and help to address questions or concerns while maintaining awareness of security-related matters at the front desk.

Complete required logs, reports, and documentation related to visitors, deliveries, incidents, and other front desk and/or security-related activity.
Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
