Position Summary
The Senior Construction Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the project office for large-scale semiconductor construction projects in Boise, Idaho. This position supports the Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner representatives by maintaining accurate project records, coordinating documentation, tracking project information, and helping ensure the project office operates efficiently and professionally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage project office administration and maintain organized project files.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy project records, including contracts, correspondence, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, reports, logs, and closeout documents.
- Prepare, issue, and track project correspondence, transmittals, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Assist with subcontractor and supplier documentation, including contracts, insurance certificates, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, lien waivers, and compliance records.
- Support document control by tracking drawing revisions, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and updated project documents.
- Assist with owner, contractor, subcontractor, and supplier communications.
- Maintain project logs, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement items, equipment rentals, safety documents, and closeout requirements.
- Assist with processing invoices, pay applications, cost backup, and project billing documentation.
- Maintain safety, quality, training, badging, onboarding, and project compliance records as required.
- Support procurement activities by tracking material orders, deliveries, rental equipment, and vendor documentation.
- Assist with daily reports, weekly reports, manpower tracking, and other project reporting requirements.
- Coordinate project office supplies, meeting setup, document distribution, and general office organization.
- Assist with project closeout, including as-builts, warranties, O&M manuals, final documentation, and turnover packages.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling project, employee, subcontractor, and owner information.
- Perform other project administration duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction administration experience preferred.
- Experience on commercial, industrial, semiconductor, cleanroom, or large technical construction projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction office procedures, project documentation, subcontractor paperwork, and document control.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction documents, contracts, logs, and project correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude when working with owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project staff.
Software Skills
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam is required. Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Sage, Viewpoint, or similar construction management software is preferred.
Work Environment
This position is based in a project office located in Boise, Idaho, with regular interaction with an active semiconductor construction site. The work environment requires compliance with project safety, security, quality, and cleanroom-related requirements.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods, attend meetings, walk the project site as needed, wear required PPE, and lift typical office materials up to 25 pounds.
Work Schedule
Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime, early mornings, evenings, or weekend support as required by project demands.

The Senior Construction Administrator is expected to keep the project office organized, maintain accurate records, support timely communication, protect project documentation, and serve as a reliable administrative resource for the project team.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
