Daytime Lunch Team Member (Consistent Schedule | Part-Time Daytime)
Erbert & Gerbert’s has been serving fresh-baked bread, hand-sliced ingredients, and fast, friendly sandwiches since 1988. Our team takes pride in running strong shifts and supporting each other during busy lunch service.
We are currently hiring dependable, energetic team members to join our lunch crew.
This is a great role for someone who wants consistent hours, a structured routine, and a team that takes their work seriously.
You’ll be a key part of our lunch execution each day:
- Making fast, accurate sandwiches. Must learn and memorize our menu within the first 30 days of employment.
- Supporting guests with friendly service
- Restocking and cleaning throughout the shift
- Following prep systems and recipes
- Helping the team stay organized during peak hours
- Completing shift responsibilities to standard before leaving

Pay: $14.50–$15.50/hr + tips
