What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic, coffee-loving individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has a passion for coffee: Possesses solid coffee knowledge (or a strong eagerness to learn) and cares about the craft.
- Excels under pressure: Can multitask effortlessly and stay calm and patient in a fast-paced setting.
- Is a people person: Brings strong interpersonal and communication skills, genuine warmth, and a positive attitude.
- Is a team player: Takes direction well, adapts quickly, and is reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft & Serve: Greet customers, take orders accurately, and prepare high-quality coffee drinks and food items with excellent presentation.
- Maintain the Vibe: Keep the coffee shop exceptionally clean, organized, and safe for all guests and staff.
- Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels, verify inventory requirements, and ensure the shop is always fully prepared for service.
- Equipment Care: Safely operate, clean, and manage espresso machines and other brewing equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Because our shop is located inside a medical facility, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- should be available from 7 am-4 pm (Mon-Fri)
- Must be willing to undergo a TB (Tuberculosis) test.
- Must provide COVID-19 vaccine verification.
