Requirements:
As Assistant Manager, Some of your core activities will include, but not be limited to:

Develops and motivates a staff of employees capable of meeting the shop's objectives

Provides necessary training for employees to develop skills both for current job level and possible future promotions

Maximizes bottom line by increasing sales and controlling costs

Takes full responsibility for ensuring that all shop operations run smoothly and that product quality, food safety, sanitation, safe environment, and guest satisfaction standards are met

Markets the shop effectively

Sets an example for employees in all areas

Accurately completes necessary administrative forms/reports
Candidate Must Meet the Following Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Prior customer service experience required

Prior management experience required

Availability to work on weekends
