We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our team in Lacey, WA. If you take pride in running an accurate, efficient, and safe operation, and you know how to coach a team to do the same, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
As our Warehouse Manager, you will lead the daily operation and the team that makes it run. Here is a look at what your days will include:
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Directly manage, coach, and develop all warehouse personnel, holding the team accountable to GVH standards.
- Oversee receiving so product is received, located, and entered into the system accurately and on time.
- Oversee shipping so orders are pulled, audited, and loaded accurately and on schedule for our customers.
- Manage inventory through daily aisle inspections, weekly cycle counts, and replenishment, keeping backorders to a minimum.
- Champion safety: train the team on OSHA guidelines, keep checklists current, and maintain a clean, safe facility.
- Partner with the Territory Manager and Corporate Operations Manager on scheduling, hiring, and team decisions.

What We Are Looking For
- 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 3 years of shipping and receiving experience in a high-volume warehouse.
- Forklift and hand truck experience required.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable learning and using warehouse software and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Position Details
- Pay: $62,400 salary
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00 AM. Start and end times may vary based on operational needs.
- Location: On-site at 3130 Hogum Bay Rd NE, Ste. H, Lacey, WA 98516.
- This is a safety-sensitive position. As permitted under Washington law (RCW 49.44.240), candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, which includes screening for cannabis (marijuana), as a condition of employment.
