The Role
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our homes safe, functional, and looking their best.
You’ll work hands-on in the field, tackling a wide range of tasks — from small fixes to important preventative maintenance — that directly impact the guest and owner experience.
What you’ll handle day-to-day:
HVAC: basic troubleshooting & clearing condensation drain lines
Plumbing: swap flappers & wax rings, unclog sinks/toilets, clear drain lines, replace disposals & faucet fixtures
Carpentry: drywall repairs, trim work, and touch-ups
