Overview / Job Description
A leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking Production Operators to support aseptic manufacturing operations. This role will execute critical production processes in a cleanroom environment, including formulation, filling, inspection, and packaging of sterile products.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute production processes including buffer preparation, drug formulation, filling, inspection, labeling, packaging, and sanitization
- Perform gowning procedures to meet Grade A, C, and D cleanroom standards
- Conduct visual inspection of sterile products to identify defects or abnormalities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with production equipment
- Complete batch records, logbooks, and documentation in compliance with cGMP and good documentation practices
- Participate in aseptic simulations, media fills, and equipment qualification activities
- Perform in-process quality checks and inspections to ensure product integrity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other teams
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and maintain cleanliness of classified areas
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or biopharma manufacturing
- Experience working in aseptic cleanroom environments
- Knowledge of cGMP, cleanroom protocols, and aseptic techniques
- Strong documentation and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions
- Ability to recognize and escalate equipment alarms/issues
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
Ability to:
- Be medically cleared for respirator use
- Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Plusses
- Technical or vocational training in a related field
- Experience with sterile fill/finish operations
- Exposure to media fills and aseptic process simulations
- Prior involvement in GMP audits or regulatory inspections
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
