Mechanic Opportunity
Heavy Equipment Mechanic with experience repairing large Caterpillar equipment, Roll off Trucks, Tractor Trailers, or Front Load Trucks. Full-time and part-time positions available for mechanics repairing heavy equipment & processing equipment at our facility located in Raynham, MA. This position requires supervision of other staff including, welders, mechanics and other shop related activities.
Based on skills start earning top dollar per hour based on your job experience and capabilities. The position is eligible for overtime, benefits and an opportunity to grow with the company.

Work Schedule Full Time: Monday-Friday 6:00 - 4:00pm
*Also available: Part-time Schedule: flexible hours Monday-Saturday, Days or Nights (15-25 Hours per week)
Preferred Qualifications:
Self-motivated, safety oriented, dependable, experience, leader, proactive approach, problem solving and organizational skills. Minimum of 10 years of experience working on heavy equipment. The ability to design and fabricate equipment modifications to increase productivity is a plus.
Essential Job Duties:
This position requires applicants to have experience managing others and repairing Caterpillar 966 loaders, 336, 329 & 320 Excavators, Volvo L-60 & , Elgin Pelicans, vibratory shaker decks, conveyor systems, wood grinders and walking floor trailers. We are also hiring for people with experience on Western Star Tractors, Western Star Roll offs, and Peterbilt Front Load Trucks. Developing a routine maintenance schedule and perform preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by preparing and completing preventive and planned maintenance plans and logs on processing all designated equipment. Ability to repair components and support equipment, hydraulic systems, cylinder and valve body repair and maintenance a plus.

A proactive approach to solving problems, take a lead in improvement activities, reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Available to provide emergency/unscheduled repairs to processing equipment when needed. Perform advanced mechanic skills including, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic motors, controllers, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic, troubleshooting and diagnose problems.
Organization and Inventory Management Skills
ASE Certifications Preferred
Strong experience in troubleshooting and repairing production machinery such as heavy equipment
Willingness to work overtime on weekends when necessary, and flexible hours to ensure minimal machinery downtime
Work well as part of a team and individually with minimal supervision
Maintains safe, clean and organized working environment by complying with procedures and instructions
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing technical publications. Hydraulics License is a plus but not required
Experience as a Heavy-duty Mechanic
