We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Servers at our sushi and Korean food restaurant. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to tables promptly and with attention to detail
- Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu
- Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating and addressing their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully
