The LabX is building a highly qualified candidate pool for Lead Dance Instructors, Dance Assistants, and Creative Program Administrators to support our after-school, out-of-school-time (OST), summer, and community-based dance programs. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about dance education, youth development, and creating meaningful learning experiences for young people. Successful candidates are collaborative, dependable, and committed to fostering environments where students feel challenged, supported, and inspired to grow both artistically and personally. We are looking for individuals who:

Service Locations: Baltimore City (Highest Area of Need), Prince George's County, and expanding partner sites throughout the greater DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia) region.
