We’re seeking team members passionate about delivering an exceptional flavor experience.Position: Team Member (Cashier, Cook, & Prep)As a Team Member at Wingstop, you will play a flexible, multi-role position, assisting in cooking, prepping, and taking customer orders. You will help ensure that each guest receives their order accurately and promptly, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role that requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure each guest has a positive, lasting impression of the Wingstop experience
- Prepare menu items safely and accurately, including Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, Boneless Tenders, fries, and sides
- Assist with prep work, including portioning, seasoning, and stocking ingredients
- Take customer orders and handle cash or digital payments accurately
- Coordinate cooking times to ensure all orders are ready on time
- Sauce, season, and package orders according to Wingstop standards
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas during and at the end of shifts
- Filter and freshen fryer shortening daily, following all safety procedures
- Immediately report any safety, sanitation, or employee issues to the Manager on Duty
- Assist other team members as needed and follow directions from Managers or Supervisors
- Understand and follow proper hygiene, food handling practices, and safe use of cleaning chemicals

Additional Information
- Previous cooking or restaurant experience is a plus
- Food Handler Certification required
