Full Job Description

Assist preconstruction team with document management and procure/award of subcontracts
Assist in project take-off/ subcontractor evaluation
Self-Perform Demo / Concrete / Carpentry Drywall Takeoff
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in estimating and takeoff software
Scheduling
RFI
Prior experience - Minimum 3 years

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
