Nishida Services is hiring an area manager for the Vigo County region of Indiana
Cities: West Terre Haute and Terre Haute
Responsibilities: An area manager oversees a portfolio of client accounts within a specific region. Their functions include:
- Provide oversight and support to all janitorial staff and supervisors in the area
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality service
- Managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction according to cleaning specifications, and acquiring new business
- Conducting interviews, trainings, disciplinary action, and terminations as needed
- Payroll support
- Inventory management
Full time:
- 40-50 hours per week
- Weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed
- Primary hours will be morning shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Shift times will vary when necessary
Pay: $47,000 - $52,000 annually

Requirements:
- Background check
- Reliable transportation to travel between West Terre Haute and Terre Haute
- Previous management experience in a similar industry.
