Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric G-Tube Care
Location: Tyrone, GA
Pay: Starting at $50.00 per hour
Schedule: 16 hours per week

ACE Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care for a pediatric GAPP client in Tyrone, Georgia.
The ideal candidate will have pediatric nursing experience and be confident providing G-tube care, tube feedings, medication administration, monitoring, and documentation in a home-care setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate skilled nursing care in the child's home.
- Perform G-tube care and feedings according to the physician's orders and plan of care.
- Administer prescribed medications and tube feedings.
- Monitor the G-tube site for irritation, infection, leakage, or other complications.
- Monitor the child's condition and report significant changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and daily care notes.
- Communicate effectively with the child's family and ACE Home Healthcare care team.
- Follow all applicable pediatric nursing, agency, and GAPP requirements.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Georgia RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with G-tube care and feeding.
- Ability to work independently in a home-care environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening and ACE Home Healthcare onboarding requirements.
