This position regularly performs a variety of duties which provide administrative secretarial support to attorneys, managers and supervisors in the Legal Department and includes typing, creating and maintaining files, and accessing and updating databases.
The work performed is highly confidential and sensitive in nature and follows established procedures and general directions; incumbents operate independently and apply established guidelines and alternatives to make routine judgments and decisions. Incumbents may develop and recommend changes in workflow or procedures that increase efficiency.
A combination of the experience, education, and training listed below which provides an equivalent background to perform the work of this position.
Experience:

One year of general office experience or administrative support experience.

Experience in a legal office, prosecutor’s office, court system, or other government environment is preferred but not required.
Education and Training:-
High school diploma or GED.

Additional training or coursework related to assigned program area preferred.
