Lefty's Alley & Eats is looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Bartenders and Servers to join our team. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, provide exceptional guest service, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences with friendly and attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with company standards (Bartenders)
- Process guest payments and handle transactions responsibly
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bartenders must meet all state age requirements for alcohol service
