Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, maintain parish and school buildings and grounds. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for students and staff. Activities include daily cleaning and minor maintenance. Primary duties include vacuuming and mopping floors, sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash, and cleaning windows and doors.
Maintenance and seasonal responsibilities extend to minor repairs like changing light bulbs, operating power equipment on floors, and helping manage grounds through snow removal and salt application.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required. On-the-job training offered. Physical requirements include ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods of time, and work in various weather conditions.
Position is Full-Time Evenings, Monday through Friday. Medical and Dental Benefits available.
