As a Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers, answer questions, recommend solutions that fit their needs, and help support overall sales growth. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.
Responsibilities of the Sales Associate
- Meet directly with customers to discuss available wireless products, services, and promotions
- Learn about customers' communication needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals and budget
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional and engaging interactions
- Help customers compare products, services, and features so they can make informed decisions
- Support sales growth by creating positive experiences that encourage customers to take action
- Answer questions and provide transparent information that helps customers feel confident in their choices
- Track customer interactions and follow up with interested customers when appropriate
- Participate in ongoing Sales Associate development focused on communication, customer engagement, and sales techniques
