We are looking for an experienced Electronics Service Technician to join our team located in Charlotte, NC.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and perform electronic repairs to include monitors, mother boards, and various components in the shop at on location.

Perform bench work and on-site installations/repairs.

Prepare machines for installation, delivery, and install equipment at customer locations.

Responds to service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner.

Reach out to existing customer to determine adequacy of service. Listen to and resolve service complaints.

Inspect parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems. Remove and replace worn or defective parts. Perform repairs as needed. Test machine operation following repair.

Determine whether electronics repairs are needed and either bring machine into shop for repair or coordinate with Electronics Service Technician to come onsite to perform repairs.

Communicates with company dispatcher to efficiently manage service calls.

Manages inventory of the route vehicle to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed.

Completes all necessary documentation for device entry and logs.

Delivers product from company location to customer locations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with electronics repair at the PC board level.

Minimum of one to three years’ experience.

Attention to detail.

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Must be 21 years of age.

Must pass background check.

Must have valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Must have flexible work schedule available, including some weekends.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Rate of Pay is dependent upon experience.
