Starting Pay:
- Assistant Tech: $16/hr
- Lead Tech: $18/hr
Real Earnings:
- Production bonuses (do more → earn more)
- Named review bonuses (customers mention you → you get paid)
- Lead Techs commonly average $26+/hr equivalent when performing well

You’ll be trained to perform:
- House Washing
- Roof Cleaning
- Concrete Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
- Exterior Window Cleaning
You’ll work outdoors, run professional equipment, and see results immediately. Every day you leave properties noticeably better than you found them.
