About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will keep our automated production lines running smoothly—installing new equipment, troubleshooting breakdowns, and ensuring we hit our quality and output targets. This is a floor-based role where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up, operate, and adjust automated manufacturing machines (including basic CNC parameter adjustments).
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Install new machinery and help ramp up production speeds.
- Monitor production data, track defects, and report performance metrics.
- Adjust machine settings to accommodate different products or process changes.
- Document work instructions and standard procedures for machine operators.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: 2-year vocational/technical degree or trade school certification (Associate’s or equivalent).
- Experience: 0–1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment (recent grads are encouraged to apply!).
- Skills: Comfortable using machine control software/touchscreens; basic mechanical troubleshooting skills; ability to read technical manuals and follow safety protocols.
- Mindset: Problem-solver who enjoys working with their hands and thrives in a fast-paced factory setting.
Physical & Schedule Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and wear required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, etc.).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime during machine installations ("ramp-ups").
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
