Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our fun, collaborative, and creative team! This is a clinic-based position working with the pediatric population (ages 0–18).
Our approach focuses on treating the whole child using a Sensory Integration (SI)–based treatment model, along with a variety of evidence-based techniques. We emphasize collaboration with families, therapists, and community partners to deliver highly individualized care.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient pediatric experience required (2+ years preferred)
- Experience with Sensory Integration (SI) therapy
- OTR/L credentials required
- Current North Carolina OT license
- Successful completion of fingerprinting and background check
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress reports
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete timely daily documentation
- Participate in monthly team meetings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (PTs, SLPs, community partners, etc.)
- Partner with families to provide education, coaching, and home programming

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Licensed (or eligible) in the state of North Carolina
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Energetic, creative, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
