About the Role:
As a Full-time Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:
Assessing and treating residents with various medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve specific goals and outcomes
Providing education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on self-care skills and independence
Collaborating with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident assessments, treatment plans, and progress
Requirements:
Occupational Therapy License (Required)
Ability to relocate to Springfield, OH 45503 before starting work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
