Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed in accordance with health regulations and company standards.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation.
- Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with kitchen management for food production needs.
- Lead staff training initiatives focused on customer service excellence, food safety, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with team leadership responsibilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shift schedules, inventory control, and budgetary considerations.
- Excellent communication skills paired with managerial capabilities in training staff and conducting interviews.
- Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
