We are currently seeking a Missouri licensed applicator for our Plant Health Care program. Applicants must have at least 1 year of turf and tree & shrub application experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
● Current Missouri Commercial Applicator License - Category 3, 6, 7A
● Valid Class E driver license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
● Ability to evaluate, monitor, and treat for insects and plant disease
● Ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain PHC equipment
● Ability to operate commercial trucks with trailers
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
● Work well under pressure; ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment
● Excellent tree and shrub identification and diagnostic abilities
● Ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds
● Ability to work in extreme weather temperatures
● Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Essential Job Duties:
● Safely and effectively apply products according to appropriate schedule
● Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
● Effectively interact with customers and coworkers to ensure exceptional service
● Complete lawn and plant analysis and make recommendations
● Aeration and overseed of turf
Compensation: ● $25/hour
