About Prime Path ABA
Prime Path ABA is a rapidly growing provider of home and community-based ABA therapy serving families throughout Colorado. Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional clinical care while building a workplace where clinicians genuinely enjoy coming to work.
We understand that the success of our clients starts with the support we provide our team. That's why we've built a strong clinical infrastructure focused on collaboration, mentorship, and ethical decision-making. Our BCBAs are never expected to work in isolation. You'll have direct access to experienced clinical leadership, responsive administrative support, and a team that values communication, teamwork, and high-quality care.
Unlike many organizations, we minimize administrative burdens so our clinicians can focus on what they do best—changing the lives of children and supporting families. From scheduling and authorizations to billing and recruiting, our operations team works alongside our clinicians to provide the support they need to succeed.
Whether you're looking for additional hours or hoping to grow into a full-time position, Prime Path ABA offers long-term career opportunities with a company that is expanding rapidly throughout Colorado.
