Animal Ark Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team in Franklin, TN.
This is more than a front desk role — you are the first and lasting impression for our clients and their pets. We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, and genuinely enjoys creating a great client experience in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
- Serve as the first and lasting impression of the hospital
- Deliver professional, compassionate communication in person and by phone
- Maintain composure in emotionally sensitive situations
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule and manage appointments to support efficient clinic flow
- Proactively schedule follow-up care and services
- Support reminders and ongoing client communication
Front Desk & Operations
- Manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy
- Maintain client and patient records
- Process payments and financial transactions
- Coordinate closely with veterinarians and clinical team
Team Contribution
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and accountability
- Support team members and adapt to changing priorities
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional environment
Qualifications (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL OF THESE QUALIFICATIONS)
- Minimum of one year experience as a receptionist, client services representative, or veterinary technician or assistant in a Veterinary Hospital or Clinic
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
