Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Host to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, making every guest feel valued and appreciated.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials, answering any questions and being as informative about the menu as possible.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality service.
- Assist with cleaning and resetting tables between guests to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Handle phone inquiries regarding reservations, menu items, and special events with professionalism.
- Assist in taking to go otders on the phone when needed with proficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain order accuracy by ensuring to go orders are distributed correctly and in a timely manner.
Skills
- Previous Host experience is required.
- Previous Serving experience is preffered but not required.
- Hosting is the main need, however both skills are preffered.
