Residential HVAC Service Technician
Compensation: $32.00-$42.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Complete annual system inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment cleanings
-
Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, airflow issues, heat pumps, and mini-split systems

Troubleshoot and work safely with both low-voltage and high-voltage electrical components

Communicate with customers regarding repair recommendations, system upgrades, and replacement options

Support and mentor junior service technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience

Commercial HVAC service experience is preferred

EPA Universal Certification required

Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities

Working knowledge of HVAC system design and ductwork modifications

Valid driver's license with an acceptable, insurable driving record
