Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Combo Auto Body Technician to join our team and bring automotive repairs to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive auto body repairs, including structural, cosmetic, and restoration work. Your expertise will help restore vehicles to their original condition with precision and care, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, and structural realignment using welding repair techniques such as MIG welding and soldering.
- Conduct automotive cosmetic repairs like sanding, auto painting, auto body refinishing, and detailing to achieve a flawless finish.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and automotive welding equipment efficiently to complete repairs accurately.
- Fabricate and modify parts using sheet metal fabrication techniques to match original specifications or custom designs.
- Install automotive parts such as auto glass, bumpers, trim pieces, and perform vehicle assembly tasks with precision.
- Conduct auto restoration projects by applying fabrication repair techniques and automotive structural repair skills.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Skills
- Proven experience working as an automotive body technician in a dealership or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of MIG welding, soldering, and automotive welding equipment.
- Skilled in fabrication repair techniques including sheet metal work and custom modifications.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive parts installation.
- Familiarity with auto restoration processes, auto painting methods such as airless paint spraying, and automotive cosmetic repair.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and other workshop equipment necessary for detailed repairs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate repair processes clearly to clients.
- Experience with auto estimating software is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
