As a full-time Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our culinary team, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes while maintaining our standards of excellence. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will leverage your kitchen experience and food handling skills to ensure efficient and consistent meal preparation.
This position is primarily based on morning shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes on Sauté, Grill, or Fryer stations following the Executive Chef's instructions
- Assist with preparation and execution of large party dinners and events
- Support poolside lunch and dinner service, including cooking and prep work
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning stations and restocking supplies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food handling and meal preparation
- Strong kitchen experience with a focus on culinary techniques
- Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant environments
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Knowledge of dietary guidelines and menu planning is a plus
