Job Overview
We need a skilled nurse practitioner to service our patients in our privately owned clinic in collaboration with the local hospital. The ideal candidate has a history of providing diabetes care, metabolic health, neuropathy and wound care.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care activities accurately in our electronic medical records system.
- Educate patients on diabetes management, wound care techniques and overall health management.
- Sometimes and as warranted provide telehealth consultations as justified to enhance patient access to care.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona.
- Familiarity with accurate medical documentation and use of Electronic Medical Record systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while providing compassionate patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth within a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
