Exxelia in Longwood, FL, is seeking an organized and proactive Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in shaping visitor impressions and maintaining a smooth, efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet all clients, candidates, vendors, and visitors. Manage the guest sign-in and screening process and direct visitors to the appropriate department or individual.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information about the company when needed. Manage the general office email inbox.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily incoming mail to the correct internal recipients.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of conference rooms and shared meeting spaces to prevent conflicts.
- Ensure the reception area, main conference rooms, and communal spaces remain clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, including ordering meals, snacks, and refreshments for client meetings, internal team lunches, and special events.
- Assist in planning and executing internal company events and celebrations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role; experience within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and digital calendar scheduling.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred; English proficiency is required.
