Requires postpartum, nursery, and mother-baby couplet care

Floating to the Medical/Surgical unit required, taking an assignment of 3-4 (up to 5) patients on night shifts

Night shift, 7pm-7am

Weekend requirement of every 3rd weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or every weekend

Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitring

C-section experience required, including comfort with prepping (not required to assist), with responsibility for baby post-delivery

Primary responsibility is L&D with cross-training to Med/Surg as needed

Floor-specific orientation of 2-3 shifts depending on comfort level

Holiday coverage required approximately every third holiday, rotating with permanent staff

Scrubs may be any color or pattern but must be clean and in good condition

Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting in Central Minnesota
