Spanish Assistant Teacher/Shuttle Van Driver
Come learn and grow with us! We are seeking motivated and energetic Spanish Assistant Teacher who has a great driving record to drive a small van (12 seats). You will report to work in Alexandria, drive elementary students to our Merrifield campus, work at Merrifield with infant/toddler/preschool children and teach Spanish daily, we offer FREE Child Development Associate courses to help you grow your career, and wages!
Reporting to the director of operations, the ideal candidate must be experienced in a child care center setting, and as a driver who are calm and excellent communicator. We will train you to work with varies age groups:
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years driving experience with regular driver's license.
- Clean driving record
- Positive, calm and HAPPY!!!
- Must be very detail oriented - you have sharp eyes to observe
- Classroom duties may include diaper changes, sanitation, organizing closet, classroom and playground supervision etc.
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker with experience teaching children
- Willing to work with flexible hours as well as assignment such as kitchen/lunch prep, cleaning/disinfecting etc.
Schedules are 40 hours per week. Flexibility for overtime is required. Overtime exceeding 40 hours per week is paid 1.5X. Annual personal time off 2 weeks, medical insurance, retirement plan, free CDA courses are some of the benefits.
