Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour

Job Summary
Are you hands-on, physically fit, and looking for a steady trade where you can learn valuable skills on the job? We are looking for dependable, hard-working General Laborers to join our crew!
In this role, you will assist our lead technicians with rooftop and home installation projects, handling material staging, tool setup, heavy lifting, and specialized liner installations. No previous fireplace or chimney experience is necessary—if you bring a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and comfort working at heights, we will teach you the rest.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Preparation & Teardown: Load/unload trucks, set up ladders and scaffolding, lay down drop cloths, and maintain a safe, clean work area.
- Material & Equipment Handling: Carry heavy materials, equipment, and tools up and down ladders and onto roofs.
- Assisting Technicians: Work directly with crew leaders to install flexible and rigid tubing, run cables, and assist with basic assembly and hand tool operation.
- Manual Labor: Operate simple power tools (drills, grinders) and perform basic cleanup and prep work on job sites.
- Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines regarding ladder use, fall protection, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
What We Are Looking For
- Physical Capability: Ability to reliably lift, push, and carry 75+ lbs on a regular basis.
- Comfort with Heights: Comfortable working on roofs, high ladders, and scaffolding without hesitation.
- Strong Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and ready to put in a honest day's work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Learnability: Eager to learn a specialized trade with a positive, team-first attitude.
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop.
