Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist in Boise, ID. This candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders. This position emphasizes collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and academic success.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs and eligibility for services.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment data and student goals.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy in individual and group settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, assessment summaries, and IEP documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to develop measurable goals and strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Idaho State license and or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and other relevant special education laws.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a caseload efficiently.
