Join the team at Creamistry at The Woodlands Mall and help create unforgettable, made-to-order ice cream experiences! As an Ice Cream Artisan, you’ll craft premium liquid nitrogen ice cream right in front of guests, serve delicious desserts, and provide exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- This is a paid position offering hands on experience, skill development, and the opportunity to grow in a high energy, team oriented setting.
Responsibilities
· Prepare customized liquid nitrogen ice cream and desserts with precision and consistency
· Deliver friendly, engaging customer service and guide guests through the Creamistry menu
· Upsell toppings, mix-ins, and specialty items to enhance the guest experience
· Operate POS systems (such as Aloha Cloud Base) for accurate order processing
· Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
· Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following food safety and sanitation standards
· Restock ingredients and supplies to keep the shop running smoothly
· Support daily operations, including opening and closing duties
Qualifications
· Previous experience in food service, dessert shops, or retail is a plus but not required
· Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy mall environment
· Basic math skills for handling transactions
· Willingness to learn Creamistry’s unique preparation methods
· Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting
