We're seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support four apartment communities throughout the Indianapolis area. This unique role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting leasing operations wherever you're needed most.
Whether you have multifamily leasing experience or come from a strong sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service background, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Floating Leasing Professional, you'll provide leasing and operational support across multiple communities while delivering an exceptional experience for both prospective and current residents. You'll:
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging apartment tours.
- Build relationships through prompt follow-up, professional communication, and confident closing techniques.
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring applications and lease documents are accurate and complete.
- Support move-ins, lease renewals, resident communications, and day-to-day leasing activities.
- Assist with vacation coverage and provide additional support to communities based on business needs.
- Partner with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals while maintaining outstanding customer service.
- Utilize property management software to manage prospect activity and resident information.
- Adapt quickly to different communities, teams, and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.
Communities You'll Support:This floating position provides coverage for:
- Parkside at Castleton
- Lakeside Crossing at Eagle Creek
- Preserve on Allisonville
- Astoria Park
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between these communities are required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20.00–$22.00 per hour
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- 20% Apartment Rent Discount

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

What We're Looking For:
- Previous leasing experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or property management encouraged.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organization and follow-through.
- Comfortable working independently while supporting multiple teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work locations.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned communities.
