A CDL Equipment Operator/Truck Driver is responsible for operating light and heavy-duty trucks and work equipment at customer sites. This role involves driving and non-driving duties associated with hazardous waste clean-up, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining customer satisfaction during service. The position requires a valid CDL Class A or B with tanker endorsement, and candidates must be willing to obtain a Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
- Operate light and heavy-duty trucks and work equipment at customer sites.
· Perform driving and non-driving duties associated with hazardous waste clean-up.
· Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
· Ensure customer satisfaction at the time of service.
· Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports.
· Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules.
· Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT requirements.
· Observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures.
· Perform site-remediation and equipment decontamination as needed.
- Works in potentially elevated noise levels, confined spaces, including lifting in areas of low clearance
- Accurately completes and submits daily work sheets (GSS) for proper billing to customer.
- Enhanced capacity to foster relationships with key repeat clients.
· Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Valid Class B CDL with the ability to drive manual transmission.
- Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to use multiple mobile devices.
- Ability to perform physical functions as per job requirements.
- Ability and willingness to travel and to work on an on-call basis.
