Reports to: Delivery Manager
Hours: 5:00 a.m. until finished (based on daily business needs)
The Route Assistant supports the Service Delivery Representative (SDR) with daily delivery operations. This position is not assigned to a specific route. Route Assistants must be flexible and available to work on different routes each day, as assignments are determined by operational and business needs.

Follow the direction of the assigned Service Delivery Representative (SDR).

Understand and accept that route assignments vary daily and are subject to change based on staffing and business requirements.

Maintain the cleanliness of the truck, trailer, and pallet jacks.

Face all CBC products at each account.

Provide complete internal and external customer service by adhering to all customer requests and requirements.

Rotate all products delivered into the account.

Assist the SDR when backing up the truck; must be positioned behind the vehicle to ensure safety from obstacles or other vehicles.

Help keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.

Stay with the truck during morning and afternoon operations until released by the SDR.

Handle cases averaging 10–30 lbs. per case, with cases handled multiple times per account during stocking and storage.

Daily volume averages 500–1300 cases per truck.

Handle kegs weighing approximately 15–165 lbs., moved from truck to storage.

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and directives.

Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Ability to perform physical labor consistent with beverage delivery operations.

Ability to work extended hours as needed until routes are completed.

Required flexibility to work different routes, different SDRs, and varying daily assignments.
