Role Overview:
The Director, Organizational Change Management is responsible for developing and leading the enterprise Organizational Change Management strategy to ensure successful adoption of strategic initiatives, business transformations, and technology implementations. This role establishes enterprise-wide change management frameworks, governance, methodologies, and best practices that enable organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and long-term sustainment of change.
The Director serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and partners closely with business, technology, human resources, communications, learning, and project delivery teams to integrate change management into enterprise portfolios and programs. This leader drives a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data, change analytics, and stakeholder feedback to maximize business outcomes and organizational resilience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Enterprise Organizational Change Management Strategy

Develop and execute the enterprise Organizational Change Management strategy aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives

Establish enterprise-wide change management frameworks, methodologies, standards, governance, and best practices

Build organizational change management capabilities and promote consistent adoption across business functions

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on change strategy, organizational readiness, change impacts, and adoption planning

Lead organizational change initiatives supporting enterprise transformation and strategic priorities
Portfolio Change Management

Integrate change management into enterprise portfolios, programs, and major initiatives
-
Develop enterprise change roadmaps that align multiple concurrent initiatives and minimize organizational disruption

Prioritize change activities based on organizational capacity and business impact
-
Coordinate cross-functional change efforts to ensure consistency across strategic initiatives
-
Collaborate with project and program management teams to embed change management throughout project lifecycles
Change Adoption & Sustainment

Develop and execute organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, and change adoption plans
-
Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, sponsorship engagement, and resistance management activities
-
Ensure successful adoption, reinforcement, and long-term sustainment of organizational changes.

Coach leaders and managers to effectively lead teams through change

Promote employee engagement and adoption through proactive communication and support strategies
Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Define and monitor change management KPIs, adoption metrics, and organizational readiness indicators

Measure effectiveness of change initiatives through feedback, assessments, and business outcome analysis

Develop executive dashboards and reporting to communicate change progress and organizational adoption
-
Identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational change maturity

Utilize change analytics to improve future transformation efforts
Program/Project Training & Communications

Develop enterprise communication and training strategies supporting organizational change initiatives
-
Partner with communications and learning teams to create effective communication plans, training programs, and learning materials
-
Ensure messaging is timely, consistent, and tailored to stakeholder audiences
-
Oversee training effectiveness, knowledge transfer, and user readiness activities
-
Support leaders with communication tools and change leadership resources
Experience & Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field required.
Experience
Minimum 10 years

Progressive experience leading organizational change management, business transformation, organizational development, or change consulting initiatives;

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide change management strategies and governance frameworks
Minimum 7 years

Experience in a leadership role overseeing enterprise Organizational Change Management programs or functions;

Proven success leading organizational change initiatives supporting business transformation, technology implementations, mergers, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives;

Experience partnering with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to drive organizational readiness and adoption;

Experience leading cross-functional teams within complex organizational environments;
-
Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational effectiveness, and change measurement
Licenses and Certifications

Prosci Certified Change Practitioner

Experience with structured change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar methodologies

Organizational readiness assessments and change impact analysis

Portfolio-level change planning and organizational capacity management

Change communications strategy and execution

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms, survey tools, and business intelligence/reporting solutions such as Power BI or Tableau

Experience with project and program management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches

Additional Details for This Role:
This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by your manager. #LI-Hybrid
Base Salary
-
The targeted base salary range for this position is $ 170,000- $ 195,000 per year.

Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data.
Additional Compensation
-
This position is eligible for a 30% bonus at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans.

Bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon individual performance as well as Brother achieving its corporate objectives, in accordance with the applicable bonus plan in effect.
