The company is a leading manufacturer with highly automated production facilities and continued investment across its U.S. operations. Due to ongoing growth and expansion plans, they are looking to add to their Quality Engineering team.
In this role, you will support quality and production operations across the plant, carrying out SPC analysis, testing, calibrations, and troubleshooting activities while working closely with production teams to identify defects and improve manufacturing performance.
This position would suit someone with a manufacturing quality background who is comfortable working both on the production floor and with SPC or quality data analysis, and is looking for long-term career growth within a fast-paced industrial environment.
The Role:

Support quality improvement initiatives, SPC analysis, testing, and calibration activities

Develop and maintain inspection, testing, and quality evaluation procedures

Work closely with production teams to identify defects and support corrective actions

Support root cause analysis, audits, trials, and ongoing process improvement activities

Assist with quality reporting, documentation, and customer quality requirements

Monday-Friday, day shift position based onsite in Scranton, PA
The Candidate:

Experience within manufacturing quality or quality engineering
-
Experience with SPC, data analysis, testing, calibration, or quality systems

Comfortable working both on the production floor and with quality data and reporting

Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills

Knowledge of ISO, BRCGS, HARA, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
