As a Salon Owner, of this turn key business, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the salon, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will lead in providing exceptional beauty services, including hair styling, and whatever other services you want to offer. You pick your services and prices. All equipment is available and ready for use. Your leadership will drive the success of the salon through effective store management and customer service excellence. **The cost of buying the salon and everything in it is $10,000 or BEST OFFER which must be paid before you can get the key, change the name of the business and start working.
**The monthly rent for the salon is only $153.00 per month!
Duties
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team If you decide to hire.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including upselling services and retail products.
- Maintain inventory levels for salon supplies and retail products, utilizing salon software for effective tracking.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients by providing outstanding customer service at all times.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling using Square software.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide clients with the latest beauty services.
Experience
- Proven experience in store management within the beauty or wellness industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Retail sales experience is advantageous to promote product offerings effectively.
- A valid cosmetology license and business license is required to perform beauty services within the salon.
- You will be required to have insurance and a business license which you can apply for and obtain easily.
