12-hour shifts: 7a–7p / 7p–7a
- Consistent assignment focus and strong team support

Real orientation with a CNA preceptor

Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers)

Answer call lights and ensure resident safety

Measure and record vital signs and I/O as assigned

Assist with meal service and repositioning
-
Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse

Support a respectful, resident-centered care culture
-
Current CNA certification (state-approved)

Long-term care/SNF experience preferred (new CNAs welcome with training)
