Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely driving a commercial vehicle, ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, safety, and be comfortable with heavy lifting and moving materials.
Commercial driving experienced preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to various locations.
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using forklifts and pallet jacks as necessary.
- Follow designated routes for deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations, DOT regulations, and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
- Occasionally assist with warehouse duties including inventory management, organization of stock, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Perform heavy lifting and moving of items as required by the job.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and ability to pass a DOT physical is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
