Position: Social Media & Marketing Manager
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Location: Wakefield, MA (in-office preferred for content creation)
Reports to: Practice Owner / Office Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of cases, behind-the-scenes, and patient transformations
- Develop engaging reels and short-form videos highlighting full-arch cases, veneers, digital workflows, and patient experiences
- Manage posting schedule, captions, hashtags, and audience engagement (comments, DMs)
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to attract high-value cases (especially full arch and cosmetic dentistry)
- Work closely with the clinical team to identify and document key cases
- Track performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions) and optimize strategies
- Maintain brand consistency and a premium, modern aesthetic across all channels
- Assist with website updates, promotions, and in-office marketing materials
Qualifications
- Experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation (healthcare/dental is a plus, not required)
- Strong skills in photo/video editing (iPhone, DSLR, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends and growth strategies
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding
- Comfortable working in a clinical setting and interacting with patients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and execute ideas
