Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an RN for an Emergency Room opportunity in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide patient care within a 19-bed Emergency Room located on the 1st floor
- Work within a multidisciplinary team environment serving emergency patients
- Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Collaborate with providers and support staff to deliver patient care
- Contribute to a department focused on high-quality emergency services
DEPARTMENT INFORMATION
- 19-bed Emergency Room
- Located on the 1st floor
- 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Average daily volume of approximately 108 patients
- Team includes RNs, Nurse Externs, Paramedics, EMTs, MAs, CNAs, Phlebotomists, Pharmacists, and Providers
- Provides care for cardiac, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, stroke, and trauma patients
- Facility offers the only Pediatric and PICU services in Southern New Mexico
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary Range: $74,880 - $100,000
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
